About The Event

Anubhuti 3.0 is a 3-day summer camp specially designed for students to experience adventure, leadership, teamwork, learning, and personal growth.

Participant Eligibility

  • Only students between the age group of 16 to 23 years are allowed to participate.
  • Participants must provide correct and valid registration details.
  • Organizers reserve the right to reject or cancel any registration if incorrect information is found.

Terms & Conditions

  • Participants must follow all instructions and rules shared by organizers.
  • Respectful behavior towards participants, volunteers, and organizers is mandatory.
  • No illegal activities, abusive behavior, or misconduct will be tolerated.
  • Participants should join only their appropriate WhatsApp group.
  • Organizers reserve the right to change schedules, timings, activities, or arrangements if required.
  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Event photos/videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

Important Participant Conditions

Important Notice: Please read carefully before registration/payment.
  • Entry and participation rights are fully reserved by the organizers.
  • Organizers may deny entry or participation at any time if eligibility or rules are not fulfilled.
  • Once payment is transferred successfully by the participant/user, the registration amount will be treated as final.
  • No payment or ticket amount will be refunded under normal circumstances, including:
    • Participant absence
    • Violation of rules
    • Personal reasons
  • If the event is officially canceled by the organizers or entry is denied by the organizers at the event venue, the payment amount may be refunded within 7 to 8 working days.
  • Refund approval and processing will be handled only by the organizers after verification.
  • Participants are requested to register carefully before making payment.
  • PV LOGICS acts only as a technical partner/platform provider for registrations, communication, and technical services.
  • All event-related decisions, approvals, permissions, participation rules, entry management, scheduling, and operational responsibilities are solely handled by the organizers.
  • The organizer’s decision will be final and binding in all situations.

Payment Policy

  • Registration will be considered confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Participants should keep payment screenshots/receipts for future reference.
  • Applicable taxes, platform fees, or gateway charges may apply separately.
  • Duplicate payment issues will be reviewed manually by organizers.

Refund Policy

Refund requests will be reviewed only under organizer-approved conditions.
  • No refund for participant absence.
  • No refund for violation of rules.
  • No refund for personal reasons.
  • Refund may be applicable only if:
    • Event is officially canceled by organizers
    • Entry is denied by organizers at the event venue
  • Approved refunds may take 7–8 working days for processing.
